The Andreani RALLY cartridge kit (AN125/T02) is a complete front suspension upgrade designed specifically for the Triumph Scrambler 400 X, replacing the stock internals with a fully adjustable hydraulic cartridge system developed for both street and off-road performance. Unlike basic spring upgrades, this kit transforms how the fork manages oil flow, delivering improved control, stability, and confidence across varied terrain.
At the core of the system is a 20mm piston design with increased oil passages, allowing for more precise damping control and smoother response over rough surfaces. Developed with off-road use in mind, the RALLY cartridge features a dual-piston compression system and extended travel characteristics, improving traction, front-end compliance, and overall handling.
All adjustments are made from the top of the fork via integrated adjusters, allowing precise tuning of compression and rebound damping. One fork leg manages compression while the other controls rebound, and both can be adjusted independently. Spring preload is also adjustable, giving you full control over ride height and initial fork behavior. The kit is supplied with springs matched to rider weight for optimal performance.
On the road and off it, the difference is immediate. The front end feels more planted, absorbs impacts more effectively, and maintains better control under braking and cornering. The added travel and improved damping characteristics make it especially well suited for riders pushing beyond pavement.
Fork oil is not included, and professional installation is recommended to ensure proper setup and performance.
